PureMVC Developers Group on Linked in
Monday, 17 March 2008

The PureMVC Community is growing. developers all over the world have been contributing demos and utilities and porting the framework to other languages and platforms where even more communities will form!

If you would like to become an active participant in the community, I recommend registering an account on the PureMVC Forums, so that you can post a question or answer that may come to mind as soon as you think of it.

And another great way to participate is to join our professional group on Linked in .

For those who may not know, Linkedin.com is a social network for academic and professional interests. It's part resume, part social network, and a great way to find and connect with other skilled PureMVC developers all over the world.

Recently Linked in has added a new Groups feature that allows you to display your group membership on your public profile, and to interact with other group members. They are being very choosy, hand approving the groups to make sure they have professional, academic or business purpose.

I'm proud to say that they have approved the PureMVC Developers Group and am taking this opportunity to invite you all to join!

By joining the group on Linked in, you will you be better able to connect with your fellow community members and to draw on that network as a business and technical resource. Plus, you'll be helping to raise the visibility of the technology you love to work with to the professional community at large.

Whether you need to create a Linked in account or just sign in, you'll be able to accept the invitation at this URL:

http://www.linkedin.com/e/gis/71061/5CFC5F7C5C43

Your acceptance request will be placed in a queue and manually approved by myself, so it might not show up on your profile immediately.

And I'd also like to take the opportunity to say thanks so much for becoming a part of the PureMVC community!

Cheers,
-=Cliff>
